Positivity and Diversity is at the core of our purpose at PositiveRain. The time came, long ago, for employers to take seriously, the positive impact of a diverse workforce. The push to hire people from a broader background started gaining more speed in the middle of the 2000s. Ten years later companies like Google installed mechanisms to ensure their recruitment workforce were neither biased nor negligent when evaluating talent from non-white heritage. Too bad all that meant was a reevaluation of a rejected resume for further consideration.
